Booking policy
To protect your time and the studio’s, we work with a deposit. Here are the full details.
- Confirming your appointment
- A deposit is required to confirm your appointment. The deposit amount and payment method are confirmed when booking on WhatsApp.
- Payment methods
- The deposit may be paid by direct transfer to the business account or via Tamara. There is no online payment on this website; the method is confirmed in the conversation.
- Cancellation and rescheduling
- The deposit is forfeited in case of a no-show, arrival more than 20 minutes late, or failure to change or reschedule the appointment at least two days in advance.
- Consultation and plan
- Every visit begins with a short consultation. The session plan may change after assessment, and any change in price is explained before we begin.
